About Project

Kimumu AMS Affordable Housing Project is an initiative by the Government of Kenya through the Affordable Housing Program. The project comprises 226 housing units that will be constructed in Eldoret City, Moiben Constituency, Uasin Gishu County. The modern development includes housing units, commercial spaces, parking spaces, pavements, and other recreational amenities. The project is also a mixed-income project with social housing, and affordable and market-rate housing units all on offer to all residents.
