The Nyaribari Masaba Affordable Housing project is a 244-housing unit project that will be constructed in Nyaribari Masaba Constituency, Kisii County. The Project is a mixed-income development encompassing social, affordable, and affordable middle-class housing units and attendant social and physical infrastructure. The Nyaribari Masaba AHP Project shall integrate social housing, affordable housing, and market housing units to establish an integrated neighborhood.
