The Iten Affordable Housing Project is located in Iten Town, Keiyo North Constituency, Elgeyo Marakwet County. The project is an initiative by the Government of Kenya through the State Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Affordable Housing Fund, which comprises of 4 Blocks of G+4, which add up to 225 units. The project also includes amenities such as a gate and gate house, garbage receptacle, a power house, and wastewater treatment.
