boma yangu homa bay estate

Boma Yangu Homa Bay Estate is an ongoing National Housing Corporation development along the Kisumu–Homa Bay Highway, next to Homa Bay Youth Polytechnic. Phase One offers studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments in social, affordable and market categories. Studio-and-shop units add an option for buyers who want living and small-business space in one property. With home sizes ranging from 28 to 64 square metres, the project serves individuals and small families while keeping residents connected to Homa Bay Town and the main regional highway.
