The Timau Affordable Housing project is a 279-housing-unit project that will be constructed in Timau Town, North Imenti Constituency, Meru County. The parcel of land used measures approximately four (4) acres providing space for the development of housing units, a commercial strip, and a social hall, with space left for a kid’s playground and landscaping.
