Isiolo Township AHP is one of the Affordable Housing Projects under the State Department for Housing and Urban Development. It is located in Isiolo Township Ward, Isiolo North Constituency, Isiolo County in Kenya's Eastern region. Isiolo Township AHP has a total of 8 no. blocks (200 units) constituting: 1 no. studio block (60 units); 1 no. one-bedroom blocks (20 units); 4 no. two-bedroom blocks (80 units); and 2 no. three-bedroom blocks (40 units). The project's design has put into consideration the provision of parking spaces, landscaped green spaces, outdoor children's play area, secured boundary wall, adequate water storage facilities, a borehole, a bio-digester, ramp access to each block on ground floor level, paved walkways and driveways.
