About Project

The Proposed Makongeni Phase 1B Affordable Housing Project is a Boma Yangu development in Makadara Constituency, Nairobi. Scheduled from December 2025 to December 2027, the project will deliver 3,111 social and affordable housing units, ranging from one-room and studio units to three-bedroom homes.
