Suam Border Post Affordable Housing Project (AHP) is located in Endebess Constituency, Trans Nzoia County. The project is an initiative under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) by the State Department for Housing and Urban Development, aimed at delivering decent, accessible, and sustainable housing within the border town. The development comprises 294 residential units and 13 shops distributed across three G+9 apartment blocks (Typologies A, B, and C). The housing mix includes 83 social housing units, 151 affordable housing units, and 60 market housing units. The project incorporates key amenities, including green spaces, a kindergarten, a comprehensive school, a health center, a backup generator, a secure boundary wall, a garbage receptacle, cabro-paved driveways, parking areas, and walkways to support a safe and integrated community living environment.
