The Soilo Affordable Housing Project is a mixed-use Affordable Housing Programme development located in Nakuru Town West Constituency, Nakuru County (0°16’46.99” S, 36°01’37.11” E). The project commenced on 19th March 2026 and is scheduled for completion by 19th September 2027. The development comprises 16 residential blocks rising to G+9 floors, delivering 1,592 units including 52 shops. Unit typologies range from social housing one-room, two-room, and three-room units to affordable studios, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside market-rate units. Amenities include landscaped outdoor spaces, children’s play areas, cobble-paved parking, guard houses, sewer treatment facilities, water storage systems, and supporting utility infrastructure.
