Nandi Hills Affordable Housing Project, launched on 5th November 2025 and scheduled for completion in May 2027, is a flagship Boma Yangu development located near the Nandi Hills Water Treatment Plant. Delivered by the State Department for Housing and Urban Development, the project comprises six residential blocks (three G+14 and three G+9) offering 729 housing units across social, affordable, and market segments, alongside 26 shops. Residents benefit from green spaces, children’s play areas, reliable water supply, backup power, and secure living environments, supporting inclusive homeownership through accessible Tenant Purchase Scheme (TPS) financing in line with national housing objectives.
