About Project
The Boma Yangu Masalani Estate is a flagship Affordable Housing Programme (AHP) development in Garissa County, designed to deliver integrated residential and community infrastructure for the residents of Masalani. The project occupies a 6.3914-acre parcel and comprises eight (8) housing blocks with a total of 350 units, offering a balanced mix of affordable, social, and market-rate housing complemented by 26 commercial shops to support local enterprise. Upon completion, the estate will include a full suite of community amenities such as a kindergarten, retail shops, parking areas, guard houses, power houses, garbage receptacles, boundary walls, an underground water tank, landscaped green spaces, civil works, and a children’s playground – all planned to enhance environmental sustainability and promote a safe, vibrant, and livable urban community.
