boma yangu marigat estate

Boma Yangu Marigat Estate is an ongoing development in Marigat Township, Baringo South Constituency, just off the Nakuru–Sigor Highway. Four nine-storey residential blocks offer social, affordable and market homes, from studios and one-bedroom units to two- and three-bedroom apartments. The plan includes a clubhouse and swimming pool, social hall, kindergarten, eight commercial stalls, children's play areas, landscaped lawns, parking and pedestrian paths. The homes are set back from the highway to create a quieter residential setting while retaining convenient road access.
