Mukurwe-ini Affordable Housing and Associated Social Infrastructure, located in Mukurwe-ini Constituency, Nyeri County (0°33’39.8”S, 37°02’43.1”E), will deliver a total of 319 housing units. These include 24 one-room social units, 58 two-room social units, 30 three-room social units, 60 studio units, 117 two-bedroom AHP units, and 30 three-bedroom AHP units. Designed to enhance community living, the project incorporates amenities such as green spaces, secure boundary walls, cabro-paved driveways and parking, playing fields, commercial stalls, communal waste disposal, and underground water storage, providing residents with affordable, modern, and sustainable housing.
