The Boma Yangu Kibra Lot 3 Estate, located in Mugumoini Ward, Kibra Constituency, Nairobi County, is a mixed-use development under the Government’s Affordable Housing Programme. The project broke ground on April 14, 2025. The development comprises fourteen residential blocks providing a total of 2,332 units. Ten residential blocks will rise to fifteen floors (G+14), while the remaining four will reach sixteen floors (G+15).
