The proposed project comprises of 2 No Type A Blocks of (G+13) with retail and residential units. 1 No. Type C Block of (G+13) with residential units and 2 No Type B Blocks (G+14) with residential units, boundary wall in Chain-link Fence, Gate House for commercial, residential and Kindergaten block, Garbage receptacles for commercial, residential and nursery blocks. Power House for commercial, residential and nursery blocks and the associated Electrical works, Mechanical works and civil works. The Limuru Affordable Housing project is designed to provide dignified, sustainable housing for low-income and middle -income families in Kiambu County and its surrounding environment. The design focuses on creating a community-centric environment with ample green spaces, energy-efficient homes, and easy access to essential services. The building layout optimizes space by combining high-density living with a sense of openness, achieved through thoughtful orientation.
